Costa Concordia

The captain of the cruise ship did not follow the rules. He broke rules repeatedly which caused him house arrest. He did not follow the route the boat takes, he steered the boat to close to the shore and he didn’t follow the company’s rules. All of this lead to the ship sinking sideways. No lives were lost but many people were injured because of his bad actions

 This story makes me feel upset because workers and such trusted the captain to keep the boat safe and he didn't. He put many peoples life close to death when all they wanted was a nice cruise vacation.
